Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches at The William Center

I usually don’t leave reviews but this is some terrible service. Initially I ordered a GF chicken salad sandwich with avocado, in addition to a bowl of tomato soup. The soup was great, however I only received half a sandwich. So I called, letting the person on duty know. To which they replied shock, because apparently the general manager made my order. Nonetheless they offered to remake my sandwich and have it delivered to me. Of course I was grateful and excited. I’m pregnant and I’ve been craving this sandwich all day, half of one would not cut it. When I got a chance to finally sit and eat my full sandwich, I was sorely disappointed. What I received was a sandwich sloppily made with the toothpick inside the sandwich, not poked through the top of the bread. On top of that, I was given the end piece of bread, which was placed upside down to make the sandwich… like I said, sloppy. I’ve included photos of the original sandwich and then the sloppily made replacement. You can see that in the replacement sandwich there’s no toothpick hole going through the top, and that’s because someone put it in the meat. I find this vindictive and worrisome. In fact, I don’t feel comfortable eating the sandwich at all, because who knows what else was done to it.

5.14.21 - First timer: I ordered Cobb salad in bread bowl via telephone. AMAZING fresh blend of flavors. I have the hardest time finding a great Cobb salad, and thankfully this one hit the spot! The only con is the bread bowl. I thought I would try my favorite salad (when made right) with bread when the lady offered. I thought, "sure! Bread and salad can't be bad." Well, the bread was a great disappointment: dry, tasteless, brick of a bowl. However, the salad and even the house dressing were so darn good, I couldn't stop eating it and telling Ole hubby how it was probably the best Cobb salad I've had in months!

dont ask to add anything to your sandwich it wont be done. I called to tell them my sandwich wasn't right the girl said come in when you can and we will remake your sandwich. I wrote your name down in our book. so I ended up doing just that I called because I wanted to get what was promised to me. lo and behold nobody knows where the book is they don't know anything about it blah blah blah. pretty disappointing.
